What is this site?

There's a ton of information on fitness out there and most of it is terrible.

Even the stuff that's right tends to be dry and boring to read.

Simply put, my goal is to help. To provide quality information in an interesting and entertaining way, that will help you achieve your fitness goals while still enjoying your life. 

If you've struggled to get leaner, to drop some fat, or to add quality muscle, I want to help you.

It's not for super bros looking to win bodybuilding competitions or people trying to be the next Crossfit champion. (There's absolutely nothing wrong with that! It's just not my thing.)

Instead, this is for regular people like you. Are you looking to gain some strength, drop some fat and become a healthier version of you, all without giving up the things that make life fun?

Yes, it's possible. You can do it, too!
