Right after I turned 45... I was at a point where I wasn't in great shape physically. My goal was to be as healthy and as active for as long as I can. I'm much healthier and happier now. Consistency is the key to it all. Set your goals, meet your goals. When I first started 4 years ago, I could barely do 10 push-ups without my arms shaking, I couldn't do a pull-up. I can do multiple sets of 10 pull-ups now.
