Although my main goals when starting out with The Chase Fitness program were to lose weight and build muscle, I was proud to find out that after a few months of working out, my borderline cholesterol decreased into the normal range.

I can stick with the workout plans because I don't get bored and he provides alternatives when there's something I don't like. My strength and stamina have improved.

I started working with Jason about 4 years ago. I wanted to get myself in better shape. Jason's been great, he's helped me get motivated. He's helped me learn different ways to stay active.

Right after I turned 45... I was at a point where I wasn't in great shape physically. My goal was to be as healthy and as active for as long as I can. I'm much healthier and happier now. Consistency is the key to it all. Set your goals, meet your goals. When I first started 4 years ago, I could barely do 10 push-ups without my arms shaking, I couldn't do a pull-up. I can do multiple sets of 10 pull-ups now.
