Deck of Cards Workout

Shuffle a deck of cards. For each suit pick one exercise. Red = upper body. Black = lower body. Set the deck face down.

For example:

Diamonds = push-ups

Hearts = crunches

Spades = reverse lunges

Clubs = air squats

But you can choose any exercises you want. Feel free to use different variations. You can do elevated push-ups, push-ups with your thumbs and index fingers close together, etc.

Pick a card from the top of the deck and do that number of reps. Using the above, if you picked the 8 of clubs, you’d do 8 air squats. As soon as you’re done, pick the next card.

Face cards are 10. Aces are 11. Jokers are 20.

Try to get through the deck as quickly as you can while making sure you use proper form. Rest as needed. That’s it. Of course, if you want to shuffle and go again, feel free.

Let me know what you think. Some suggestions:

Towel Hamstring Curls
